Telkom false advertising

We have been customers of Telkom for many many many year (internet and telephones) . But that is coming to an end now

My current internet specs are 20Mbps download and 2Mbps upload and I pay R850 for this package . Now they advertise a package for the same amount but it 20 up and 20 down . I contacted Telkom the first useless agent said we must wait 2 days till the debit order shows then we can change it .. So we waited as told and phoned again then the next useless agent told us no sorry sir the package is not R849 as advertised its R999 . I sit with proof of the advert (cant upload to hello peter)

Telkom is becoming known for there uselessness and very bad customer service ,

Thank you telkom I will be canceling all my contracts very soon there are way better packages out there you are slacking .. But its typical what can we expect from a once well operating company also going to $h*t
