Telkom false advertising

Good day Last year July I was convinced by a Telkom sales man at the Northgate branch next to the pick pay entrance to purchase an Honor device because they were running a special. When purchasing a device from Honor one would receive an air fryer so I did. Immediately after the transaction I was told that they had run out of the air fryers but would be getting stock in the coming week and that was OK I let them know I would be traveling and asked if someone else would be able to collect on my behalf and they agreed and took my brother's details. They never called and my brother went to check the following week and they informed him that they were still out stock but would receive them soon because the promo was still on. I came back went about 2 times to check and both times I was met with rude stares and back chatter about how the promo had ended and its not Telkom's fault that they had run out of promo stock. It's a year later there still has to been anything done
