Telkom false advertising and delivery!

3 Times I've been conned by Telkom (guess I'm a sucker for punishment) 1. A few years ago, I switched to Telkom 20GB softcap on a 2Mbps line. I was promised a router and a "8ta" USB ****le. Got the router, no ****le. 2. Early last year I upgraded to uncapped on a 4Mbps line. I was promised a new router and a "LIT" box. They upgraded the line, but no router and no "LIT" box. And they charged me for it. 3. Earlier this year I upgraded to uncapped on a 10Mbps line. I was promised: A free wi-fi enabled modem and installation. A "LIT" TV box. 2GB mobile data p/m. They upgraded the line, and nothing else. And they're charging me for it!
