TELKOM - FALSE ADVERTISING AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Your agent Philile Duma knows nothing about treating customers with respect. She shouldn't be employed in a customer service capacity if she is not willing to serve customers with respect.

I also purchased a WiFi router from Telkom last month. There was a special R239 for 20 gigs during the day and 20gigs at night. My 20gig night time bundle does not work at all. What this equates to is LIES AND FALSE ADVERTISING. Please assist.
