Telkom false advertising

Telkom advertised a cellphone with a battery pack,I wanted to take the deal since it was a good deal with the battery pack. I was told I will receive the battery pack with the phone,which I never did even though I went to the store numerous times,they were playing dumb. So they **** to me just to make a sale,which was false advertising. The only reason I took the deal was because it came with the battery pack. I'm not sure how true this is but I was told by someone that the staff keeps the free stuff for themselves which was meant for the customers. Now I see they advertising the same deal..
