Telkom - false advertising

Signed up a new contract at the end of November, phone and smart health watch. After signing the documents was told that there was no watches in stock and that new stock would be arriving during the coming week (1st in December) its been nearly one month and no feedback or solution to my problem. I have asked for the manager to phone me, but still waiting. I can't walk into the store as I am self isolating for testing positive for covid. The deal has been invoiced and will go out of my bank account without having the product with me. Telkom Eastgate no go.....
