Telkom false advertising

Telkom is a great service provider and i have been using them for the past 24 months. I however have a challange because i now want to upgrade my phone and it seems to me they are advertising a deal that they never had an intention to sell to their customers. There is a deal that if you purchase and A34 or A54 you top up from R29 and get a watch 4 and free buds. I went in the Polokwane Mall of the North to upgrade, I was informed that they do not have the phones in store as yet and the watches are also out of stock and they won't re-stock. So basically there was no intention sell the special.
