Telkom false advertising

I went to Telkom Store at ****arney Shopping Mall in Johannesburg on 31st August 2018 to buy Smart Broadband Uncapped Wireless Deal @ R806.01 per month with unlimited LTE internet. The lady told me that it’s now R899 per month and she showed me the page # 37 of Telkom book (20 August – 19 September 2018). I placed the order and yesterday evening (on 3rd September 2018) they gave me router and sim card. When I checked the speed today it’s only 10 Mbps while I have already another contract and speed is over 35 Mbps. I went to the store but they didn’t help. Then I went to Telkom in Rosebank and explained them everything, they told me that I’m on the wrong package and I must go back to Telkom ****arney and tell them to migrate me to Smart Broadband Uncapped Wireless Deal @ R806.01 per month but they refused to do so and then I asked them to cancel the contract. They say I must go online and cancel and pay a cancellation fee of R1957.00

This is totally unfair as Telkom advertised wrongly. They didn’t say that there will be a speed limit and neither Telkom store, ****arney explained. Only now Telkom store ****arney is telling me, yes there’s a speed limit of 10Mbps for 150 GB and after that it will further decrease to 4 Mbps.
