Telkom false advertising

I ordered a phone from Telkom on contract,they debited my account but they now say they have no stock. Which means i paid for a phone tat they do not have. Why are they still advertising a product they have no stock of.

Nobody from Telkom can explain. Very frustrating.

Thanks for acknowledging but i have contacted the Chat, Sales, billing departements twice but still nobody can help. None of Telkoms systems are linked. Pathetic service. *****ing peoples money.
