Telkom false advertising

Telkom recently launched the Chinese new year deals on 11 February 2018. As part of the deals they gave away Huawei Smart watches on selected packages. Today two weeks later we they still have not received stock for the watches and none of the clients who took them on on their offer was able to collect their watches. I am still waiting since the launch date and Telkom cannot tell me when it will be received in the country. This is unacceptable and I want them to provide my with a suitable replacement if they cannot offer what they advertise. I will be launching a complaint at ASASA as this is false advertising in my view if you cannot deliver what you advertise and can also not answer me on any of my enquiries.
