Telkom false advertising

Good day, we are reaching out to you in desperation because NONE of the Telkom stores on the Bluff and Port Shepstone can help us. Calls made to 10213 where we were promised someone would call us back have been ignored.

Attached please find the latest Telkom Business Brochure, advertising specials available up until 30 June 2024.

Also attached is the Fibre and unlimited calls offer through Frogfoot (which is the only Fibre service provider for Sea Park, Port Shepstone) which we want to acquire at our property in the business' name. The advertised cost is reflected at R679 per month.

Nobody at Telkom is able to get us this deal, we already have the Frogfoot router and cables installed at our property. We have taken this matter up with Telkom Hotline and received reference CRM ***, STILL nobody bothers to get back to us!

This amounts to blatant dishonesty and false advertising!

We have exhausted all avenues of trying to get the deal via Telkom on the numbers and emails available, as nobody bothers to call back and emails are ignored.
