Telkom false advertise how fibre packages work!

What a bunch of rogues, i am on a 100/100 fibre line, they say no throttling or Fup. Every evening between 6 and 10 i am unable to connect to a game that i play online. I have connected to that same game via a mobile hotspot, i even had the guys from openserve set up a test acc it works fine accept for telkom. My friends who are on other networks are connected fine no issues. If telkom cant fix the issue cancel the dam package i will move to another provider who can help!
