telkom falls advertising

<p>Well its been a week now since i got my adsl installed. Its suppost to be a 10mb uncapped line+ free installation + free wifi router on a 24× contract. They installed the line but never brought the router so now i've paid for the internet but still can't use it. All the branches i go to say they dont have stock of the routers. So tell me if you are running specials why do you not stock up on products or remove your special. How do you guys expect to keep a customer for 24 months if you dont provide the products you advertise. Already want to cancle the contract because this is really useless customer service.</p>
