Telkom faling to do a sim swap

I went to a telkom store in Mdantsane to make a sim swap and I couldn't do the swim swap for some reason, it is close to 2 weeks now without their call or anything and I went to there again on Sunday and they promised to give me a call today and they did not. They even admitted that they forgot to fix this. What kind of service is this if Telkom can't even do one single sim swap. I sent a message on facebook and all I have been getting is "go back to a nearest telkom".
