Telkom **** promises!!!!

They have disconnected these twice with no notification. The lines belong to a pensioner. Each reconnection fee is R210. This means 210x3 x2... so tell me how is this fair? No one at their useless contact centre seems to be able to assist. The account is up to date and the reconnection fee is whose responsibility. Their service is extremely poor. Exploiting pensioners. Promises mean nothing! This was posted on the 22nd of March with a response from them that I would be contacted soon and still nothing just added reconnection fees again!</span></p>
