Telkom **** Promise and terrible Service

Hi All

I write this with Total Disgust towards the Call Center members at Telkom. On the 07th January 2019 Telkom took my phone line as well as my ADSL and moved it away from my premises, without my permission

I went into the Telkom Store in Centurion on 12/01/2019 for assistance and they promised me that the matter will be resolved.

I waited and waited.

I decided to go back to the Telkom Store in Centurion on the 24/01/2019 with the same problem and they promised me the matter will be resolved.

I receive e mails as well as phone calls from the call center promising me that the problem will be resolved and till today 06/02/2019 nothing has been sorted out.

i am sitting for the last whole month with out ADSL or a landline.

is Telkom going to become the NEXT SAA...

Totally disgusted and Frustrated with the level of service from Telkom

Any one out there please help......
