Telkom Failure to deliver products

I have been waiting for a fibre router from telkom since 7th December 2018, the Courier company they are using Courier IT, claims they couldn't locate me in December, whereas the did not send me a message to notify that they will deliver or even a phone call. I have since been calling Telkom everyday to have the router delivered I even offered to collect it but to no success.

Guess what ? Telkom has started invoicing once again for a product I have not received or services are haven't used. I really do not see the difference between Telkom and a government department. Anyway I have decided to move the fibre over to Afrihost.
