Telkom-Failure to Communicate

Since about July 2017 I have queried my Telkom account - they have persistently overcharged me - their local office here in Knysna admits this to me but there is a disconnect between the local office and their head office/accounts dept. The former says Telkom owes me R1276,10 but the latter claims I owe Telkom R1822,13 . I have written numerous emails to both offices but they persistently refuse to reply and/ or to debate the account and/or to explain why their local office tells me one thing and head office another . I have many emails to substantiate the above - would it help you if I sent these to you and if so how do I do this ?
