Telkom failure on following up on quoted promise.

RE: Telkom Lte installation. About 3 months ago I had the Telkom Technician here for a bad ADSL line.I was told lines are old. I should go for Lte. I said please. get me a quote. I was given a quote for R 770.00pm. I said good, do it. Now my account is R 820.00.(rounded figure) Many calls and nobody can help me. The quote was send via a mobile email from his supervisor to the technicians cell. He showed it to me. R 770.00. I am not getting any response. The account number is ***. I must also say the technician was great. he went the extra mile, but the supervisor who gave him the quote must do right on what he said in the email.
