Telkom failure

Terrible experience yet again from TELKOM. We have been trying for 6 weeks to get our line moved from the cottage on our property into the main house. we have a reference number but every day we call and then they dont know about this number and say they will get someone to call us, but of course nothing happens. i wish there was another company we could rather deal with !
