Telkom fails to respond to fault report of fallen Telkom wires on my property

There are snapped Telkom wires which have landed onto my property. I reported the fault and followed up with phone calls. No one can assist. Either they do no understand the problem or they indicate the problem has been "resolved" even though it hasn't. I logged the fault again and received a second reference number but still no help. No technician has come out to fix or re-attach the loose wires which are laying over my house. I was provided an email to which I will await a response.
