Telkom fails to repair my telephone line.

My phone line has been faulty (no dialtone ) for a month.<br> I have logged a fault on 19th October and even though I have had technicians visiting, it has not been repaired!<br> When I call 10210 the callcentre tells me that calls from my Telkom phone to this number are free.... but I cannot call from a phone without dialtone! Will they not charge me rental while the phone doesn't work and pay my cellphone account?<br> The faulty line is ***.<br> Thank you
