“Telkom Fails to Deliver Reliable WiFi” - “Unstable Network, Endless Buffering – Telkom Disappoints”

Telkom has been nothing but a daily struggle. The WiFi is unreliable, constantly lagging, and streaming is impossible with the TV buffering all the time. For a service that should provide stability, Telkom fails completely. I regret choosing them and would not recommend Telkom to anyone looking for decent internet. Someone from Telkom should contact me urgently to resolve this issue.
