Telkom fails to deliver on my contract

Worst service ever!! I spoke to a consult (Pinky Mtshali) she wasn’t willing to assist me, she told me that the data which I’m suppose to receive for the reminder of my contract was only for the past 3 months, of which initially I was told it would be the remainder of my contract. She even said that it’s not her problem that the sms I got from telkom was misinforming. The conversation ended with her stating that I will not be receiving my data which was promised to me and she hung after putting me in hold for some time (with even asking to put me on hold).
