Telkom Fails to Deliver, AGAIN . . .

I "upgraded" my Telkom mobile contract, one of several contracts with Telkom, on the 27th November 2020, and was advised of delivery within 7-10 days. To date, I have not received the "upgrade" or received any communication from Telkom in this regard. After several calls, more promises, but no results. Time for change . . .
