TELKOM FAILS TO CANCEL CONTRACT AFTER A YEAR

worst experience every , been trying to cancel my contract with telkom for over a year now.

i took out the 5 gig data bundle with modem - january 2018 i cancelled it

i have sent all relevant information and cancellation forms, called the call centre numuorous times, everytime tey are investigating it and will call me back but nothing has been done. wasted my time and still get debbited every month for this contract.

i need this sorted out now.
