TELKOM FAILS INSTALLATION

This is what I reported and it is still not sorted out.<br> TELKOM IS USELESS AS WELL AS THE MANAGERS:<br> <br> I booked a time and date but nobody pitched.<br> Phoned TELKOM customer services and they said no booking was made.<br> Booked then again and guess what nobody pitched again and when phoned again telkom customer services said no booking was logged.<br> Totally frustated made again a booking and guess what nobody pitched and once again telkom informed me no booking was made.<br> This is CRAZY!!!<br> I paid for a service and it seems the people at TELKOM is *********** to do their work!!<br> TELKOM has monopoly over line installations otherwise I would of used a different company and it seems they are using this to their advantage by not caring for their customers needs.<br> My order no is:***.<br> My husband took leave everytime they said the technician will arrive so that was a waste.<br> So we are loosing in all aspects and TELKOM is just benefitting from us.<br> TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL TELKOM,GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER YOU ARE PUTTING THIS COUNTRY TO SHAME!<br> I need this to be done ASAP for I have every reason to say what I want.<br> <br> They again did not pitched thus TELKOM is just promises and freaking USELESS!!!!!!
