TELKOM fails

Struggling for 4 days just to have home ADSL and Internet restored. Numerous calls without any luck of getting a technician to do technical repair or trying to resolve at home. Fault reported - resolved - still no ADSL and internet. New fault logged for same fault. Still no solution. This is frustrating and a bad joke !!! Is it still possible for being able to not resolve a technical fault after 4 days without a technician turning up at residence ???
