Telkom fails at all they attempt

Telkom is probably the worst service provider of any service provided in this country. Due to the limitations of choice imposed by living in a rural town, Telkom has a monopoly regarding the provision of hardware for all telecoms and data services.
I run an office from my home, as well as an office in the CBD of Empangeni. Both offices are serviced by Telkom for telecommunication and data provision.
In spite of increasing the monthly fee I pay for data delivery, our Internet connection remains extremely slow and only runs intermittently. Numerous calls over the past months has had absolutely no effect other than Telkom selling me more expensive data plans, with no reciprocal increase in speed or service delivered.
The situation has now deteriorated to where we have no telephone service in the home office for the past five days. Internet access is available at a snail’s pace for less than 30% of the day. Once again numerous calls to Telkom’s fault line has had no response other than having the phone slammed down in our ears. The accounting programs we use are 100% Internet dependent and our productivity and ability to work has ground to a virtual halt.
We are at the mercy of the most *********** and vile mannered creatures who are devoid of all sense of morality or sense of duty.
While I abhor the senseless violence perpetrated in large areas of our country, the last five days begging from Telkom (for a service which I pay for) has led me have sympathy with the belief that the only message these creatures in protected jobs will understand, is breaking their windows and burning their buildings. When and how will this absolute abuse of paying consumers end??????????
