Telkom fails again

<p>I have an internet contract with Telkom. I been having problems every couple of months. This time my line and internet won't work. Called them . They promised in 48 hrs it will be sorted. Bull it's been 3days. Phoned again from my cell phone promised again. Then they say it was logged out and according to the contractor it was sorted bull again. What is Telkom up to taking our money and no service. Is there a legal way to make these contractors pay. Where is that Telkom we knew. Service stink. Can someone recommend me to a reliable service provider. Disgusted will never recommend Telkom lies lies lies</p>
