Telkom failled me

A horrific encounter with Telkom. I paid R300 for an error committed by Telkom Staff member. My telephone voice recording on the 15th of June 2024 has exactly what I asked for but to my surprise I was made to pay for the error they committed.Margaret Maphothoma ***
