Telkom failing to terminate my fixed tel line

I went to Savanah Mall Telkom at the beginning of March to advise that I need to terminate one of my fixed lines in pretoria, I was made to complete some lengthy forms and the consultant lodged the request on the system. I requested a reference number but was told that its an application to terminate so will only get it after 30 days notice. When I did a follow up the consultants told me the system was offline and should cum be again later. The next time I did a follow up I was surprised to see Savanna telkom closed(closed shop). I went to Mall of the north and was helped by Innocent Magoba who simply told me the line is active and unfortunately I have to call 10210 to start the process again , serve notice and pay the charges that are accumulating because I dont have any proof that I completed the forms for termination(stinking attitude). In any case he said the forms would have been lost so if there is no proof i just have to pay. I think someone has to pay for this and not sure who else out there is being ****** by telkom in such a way??? Can someone in management assist, I think this is ****************, why would I pay for a line I am not using, the place is unoccupied?
