Telkom failing to provide me with a settlement or pay up letter

Telkom is failing to provide me with a settlement or pay up letter for an account for about two months now. I have battled with them to sort out ***** on my account for over a here and that had affected my credit record. I don't know what to do anymore to push them send me the letter. I really curse the day I opened an account with Telkom.
