Telkom failing to port my number

Suprise Moyo from the grove mall did a port for me over 2 months ago but even now my number hasn't fully ported. I can use data and make calls but I can't receive calls. I have been to the store more than 4 times with no help. I have sent emails to PST team REF#_*** but still no help. For the past few weeks I'm missing important calls because of this I really regret porting to Telkom. Can you activate my sim to receive call urgently. I can't change my number.
