Telkom failing to deliver on product promotions

I bought two routers on promotion with 2G simcards. The Sim are not active. I have called Telkom several times and they keep on adding hours of when they will connect. I went to their store too, same thing. Is over 72 hrs now. Telkom is failing to deliver on their promotions, how can u fail to connect ur simcards really now. I am so frustrated and I seriously need this to be dealt with.
