Telkom failing to cancel my accout

I have canceled my Telkom Line in October 2018, but I still get invoices from them. They handed my account over to n debt collector company without succes, because I forwarded all the emails of cancelation to the debt collectors and they sent my account back to Telkom. Now Telkom black listed me? For what????
