Telkom failing to activate services within stipulated time.

I ordered an LTE deal online. The deal was processed and delivered. I called to activate it and was told it would take 48 hours to be activated. It's been 5 days since and it's still not activated. Their agents are absolutely helpless and have no idea what's going on. They weren't even aware that the item was delivered. They all provide different stories about when or how activation will occur. I was given a reference number and told that Telkom would call me to activate it and there has been no call made yet. I would suggest, in future, customers should rather take in-store deals only.
