Telkom failing its customers

<p>I puchased a headset from Telkom online. But they sent me a wrong package and wrong headset color. Now I've been calling back and forth to have them take the package and bring the right one but they are failing. Call center won't help, store won't help cause I purchased online. What am I suppose to do with this wrong package I am stuck with? I need them to send a courier to take this package and bring the right one or cancel my contract. </p>
