Telkom failed me

I have been with telkom for more than 5 years now but they’re services keeps getting worser my 2 years contract ended last month then I called to cancel and upgraded.. now i am told my new contract is canceled i must pay for the 36 months upfront like what kind of services is that i called but no help from the consultants
