Telkom Failed Communication

Closed my case without resolving it - Emma Ngilande literally screaming at me when I’m trying to explain my query. Asked her to listen to my previous recording for more clarity and she closed my ticket. What’s the point of recording calls when we are not being assisted with them . I’m truly disappointed with the service received
