Telkom FAIL once again!

I received an email from Telkom saying that I can get 3 months showmax with 50gig data every month to stream shows so that I do not use my own data, I signed up for showmax but did not get any data loaded onto my number. I have now queried this with Telkom mobile and they said I only get the subscription free.... but here is the email proof:
