Telkom FAIL and FAIL worst service ever

<p>I have been suffering with Telkom for over 2 years ,I have contacted everybody I can for assistance,but their incompetence and their so called technicians who sit at the local box almost daily and especially over the weekends make no improvement ever, their service is apaling and for 2 years now I have had no improvement, on the contrary when I see the serve vans I know that there won't be internet again. I cancelled my account in April but they have ignored me please advise on how to legally follow up or whether to approach the ombudsmen.Their incompetence is shocking, and their no serve technicians just sit eating and playing at the box.</p>
