Telkom Fail!

In 2014 I separated from my wife and the Telkom account was in my name. So my ex and I went to the Claremont Telkom office in Cape Town to transfer in into her name. In order to do that I paid all current and up to date amounts before the transfer could take place! Since then, Telkom has been harassing me and now P&P attorneys say I am blacklisted. However, this is not allowed as the Prescription Act provides for a period of 3 years and/or 6 years depending upon circumstances. It has now been 11 years!!
