Telkom FAIL

I have been trying to convert my husbands Telkom account to my name since October 2019!!!!!!! I have submitted ALL documents and nothing. No feedback, no answers, no conversion! Everytime there is an issue with my line (monthly) I am unable to receive assistance, yet I am expected to pay this account! Pathetic, disgusting and typical
