Telkom is the most useless piece of trash company to ever exist ! All of its call center agents are highly ***********, never solving the problem, always making you wait and when you ask to speak to a supervisor, there will also be the story that he/she is either in a meeting or dealing with another customer and we should leave our details so they can contact us back but the call never comes. Recently received an SMS to say that my adsl line will come to an end during the month and we should move over to a different service which is only lte because they're refusing to lay fibre cables for some reason and the problem with their LTE service is that it's the worst thing on this planet according to lte users and reviews so why would I want to pay more than what I'm currently paying on my adsl for a service that's completely **** and way less value for money. It makes no sense. Someone, somewhere out there, please do something about this **********ly useless with their false adverti*****ts (because you don't get what you're promised) and extremely bad customer care. Please, if you're someone looking to get wifi, do not ever go with telkom !
