Telkom ****

I have for the longest of time been using a telkom data only Sim with no issues . On the 4th of October I decided to take up the LTE Wifi deal for 20mb and the package arrived on the 9th of October . I have tried to use it by I am only getting speads of 1.6mb an hour on uploads and downloads. I called them yesterday to cancel as I was within the cooling of period and I have had no success in getting someone to assist. I spoke to 14 different people with no luck . Names include , Ntombifuthi , Confidence , Tony and a some other names which I didn't note. I was infact told to find the contact number of the company that call me to cancel. I never thought I could say this after having used Telkom services for over 5 years, but I think I am being ****med
