Telkom

Telkom has given another person my number after having this number for more than 10 years. Everything of mine is linked to this number I clouding my banking. Basically now someone else has all my information. How do you give someone else my simcard when I am using it. Why didnt you call me to let me know that my number was going to be given to someone else. I went to telkom and was told, it's cause my simcard was not Rica. Why wasn't I contacted, before this decision was made. Now you have basically given someone else all of my personal information. How are you going to resolve this?
