Telkom

. I have been trying to do swim_swap it about a month now.. Thn call centers refers me to a telkom shop then I went to wonderpark to do sim swap on a shop funny way I couldn't get any help. I did not even get a chance to explain n give details about my numbers.. OK thy asked for my numbers n thy told me that my number are registered on another person yeah obvious it has to be that way coz we taking sim card from those people who work for telkom on street and those sim card are registered already . So am confused.. N again I have been using that sim card for the whole 3 years. So what must I do to get my numbers back .
