On the 4 Dec 2023 at 13h40 I phoned in in trying to cancel an account that I cancelled before. The employee said this is not the Dept that deals with it . I must phone again. At 13h50 I phone again in cancelling another cell number that was not in use since 2021. So This employee started shouting and with no manners raised her voice then put the phone down in my ear. So all the people out there trying to sign up for telkom please reconsider before you sign up!!!!
