Telkom

I have been with Telkom for more than 7 years. This is the very first time that they debited my account with more than 2k 4 days before the debit date and then 14 days after the money was already debited they suspend my account. All the customer care agents I spoke to could not help me for an unknown reason and nobody could do an escalation or put me through to a manager. This is the worst, most f*cked service I've ever received. Very very ridiculous and disgusting
